The successful candidate will be a Philippines-licensed lawyer with experience in corporate, commercial, employment or business law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed lawyer in the Philippines.
• Experience in corporate, commercial, employment or business law.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Practical and commercially minded approach to legal matters.
• Comfortable working remotely.
• Available to provide support on an occasional, as-needed basis.
• Experience with international client services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide general legal advice to the company.
• Review and prepare contracts and agreements.
• Review client and service agreements.
• Assist with employment and contractor agreements.
• Review company policies, terms and conditions, and other business documents.
• Advise on corporate and commercial matters.
• Assist with compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Identify potential legal risks and provide practical advice.
• Support Australian clients and Philippine operations as needed.
• Provide ongoing legal support as the business grows.
