Job summary

Relief International Philippines seeks a Philippine-licensed lawyer to provide practical, risk-informed legal support on regulatory, employment, contractual, and governance matters under a monthly retainer. The Legal Counsel will work with RI Philippines leadership to maintain compliance and guide decision-making across programs.

Qualifications

• Licensed Philippine attorney in good standing.
• Experience with retained legal support for NGOs or international organizations.
• Strong drafting, review and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Philippine regulatory and corporate compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide retained legal support across regulatory, contractual and governance matters.
• Review contracts, MOUs, leases, and government documents.
• Advise on employment and labor matters with government authorities.
• Provide notarial services during the contract period.
