Job summary

CITCO INTERNATIONAL SUPPORT SERVICES LIMITED-PHILIPPINE ROHQ is seeking a Junior Legal Officer for a hybrid setup at One Ayala, Makati (Day/Mid shift). You will assist senior lawyers with corporate legal services for multinational clients and manage documents from incorporation to dissolution in compliance with local and international requirements.

Ideal candidates are law students in 2nd-3rd year or graduates with a law degree, fluent in English, and capable of working flexibly in a

Qualifications

Degree in Law or being a 2nd-3rd year law student required.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Flexible, proactive and attentive to details; team player with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Assist senior lawyers in providing corporate legal services to clients in foreign jurisdictions.
Prepare legal documents for all stages of company lifecycle from incorporation to dissolution for clients worldwide, meeting deadlines.
Perform and/or monitor statutory filings with local authorities.
Coordinate with business partners, clients and colleagues globally to gather information and documentation for assignments.
