Job summary

Manila Recruitment is seeking a hands-on Corporate Controller to lead accounting operations, financial reporting, and month-end close for a fast-growing manufacturing company. The role partners with senior leadership to strengthen financial processes and support growth.

The ideal candidate has deep US GAAP knowledge, strong Netsuite and Ramp experience, 8+ years in Finance, and a CPA with Big Four exposure. This is a remote role reporting to the VP of Accounting and Finance.

Qualifications

• Must have deep US GAAP accounting knowledge.
• Experience leading month-end close and external audits.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting and financial reporting functions.
• Oversee monthly close process and prepare internal reports.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Manage AR, payroll, tax compliance and banking relationships.
• Partner with CFO/VP to deploy audit strategy and improve controls.
• Oversee multi-entity and multi-location consolidations.
