Job summary

Bolt Graphics, a semiconductor startup, seeks an Accounting & Operations Manager for the Philippines with 5–10 years of experience to own financial reporting, tax compliance, and operational workflows in a remote-capable environment.

This CPA-led role requires NetSuite and advanced Excel, strong internal controls, and collaboration with operations to optimize budgeting and inventory management while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• 5–10 years progressive accounting experience.
• NetSuite experience is highly advantageous.
• Deep knowledge of Philippine taxation (BIR), SEC compliance, and PEZA/BOI regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing in a remote environment.
• Manage General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Account for semiconductor supply chains, including inventory valuation, COGS, and depreciation.
• Prepare financial statements per PFRS/IFRS and industry standards.
• Present monthly performance and variance analyses to executives.
