Job summary

iRhythm Technologies is seeking an Inventory & Logistics Analyst in Manila to monitor demand, optimize field inventory, and manage replenishment with a focus on minimizing excess stock. You will work closely with internal teams and carrier partners to drive inventory optimization and continuity of supply.

The role requires 3+ years in inventory or supply chain analytics, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP/BI systems. Excellent communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Finance, Analytics, or related field, or equivalent combination.
• 3+ years of experience in inventory management, demand planning, or related roles.
• Strong Excel proficiency and experience with ERP/BI/inventory systems.
• Excellent communication and relationship management with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Monitor demand and set optimal field inventory levels by account.
• Execute inventory adjustments to maintain target service levels and minimize excess inventory.
• Collaborate with internal teams and carrier partners to mitigate disruptions through data-driven decisions.
• Present inventory performance metrics, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations.
