Job summary

Staff X is seeking a Marketing Assistant who will own the end-to-end execution of email communications, video content, and LinkedIn presence. You will draft content that reflects the founder's voice for a professional B2B audience and collaborate with a founder in a lean, fast-moving operation.

You will manage emails, video editing, and social content across multiple platforms, while ideating formats and repurposing opportunities. This is a contractor engagement with remote work from home.

Qualifications

• Experience creating B2B marketing content for business owners/executives.
• Ability to mirror a founder's voice in written content.
• Portfolio showing ghostwriting or content production for a named individual.

Responsibilities

• Draft and send email newsletters via Brevo/M Mailchimp with minimal edits.
• Edit short and long-form video content in VEED and suggest improvements.
• Create LinkedIn content for founder profile and company page in a consistent voice.
• Schedule content across LinkedIn/YouTube and potentially Instagram/X.
• Identify repurposing opportunities across channels.
• Contribute to online learning content within coaching offerings.
• Support blog content with an external SEO partner.
