Magic, Inc here seeks a Creative Content Production Assistant to join as a freelance, remote contributor. You’ll own end-to-end content production from sourcing stories to creating social posts, videos, newsletters, and assets for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and email, with a high-volume, consistent cadence.

You’ll collaborate with founders and editors, apply editorial judgment, and optimize workflows using AI tools to speed production while maintaining brand quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in content production across social, video, assets, copy, and newsletters.
• Strong editorial judgment and ability to find compelling moments.
• Experience with short-form video editing and social-first content.

Responsibilities

• Identify compelling stories from conversations and existing content library.
• Create and QC video clips, graphics, thumbnails; write captions and posts.
• Publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and email with a daily cadence.
• Build and maintain repeatable content templates and workflows.
• Monitor engagement and adjust strategy based on results.
