Staff X - Offshore Staffing is seeking a Marketing Assistant to own end-to-end email, video, and LinkedIn content for a growing professional services brand. You will work closely with a founder, drafting content that reflects their voice for a B2B audience of owners and executives.

The role emphasizes creative ownership, independent workflow, and potential expansion into Instagram or X as the business grows. This is a remote contractor role.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of B2B marketing content showing ability to write for executives.
• Experience ghostwriting or producing content for named individuals.
• Proficiency with Brevo, Mailchimp or similar email platforms.
• 2–3 years of hands-on digital content or social media marketing in a professional services context.

Responsibilities

• Draft and send regular email newsletters to subscribers via Brevo.
• Edit video content with VEED, including trimming and captions.
• Create LinkedIn posts mirroring the founder's voice for a B2B audience.
• Manage content across LinkedIn and YouTube, with growth plans.
• Contribute to content ideation and repurposing for multiple channels.
• Support online learning content development for coaching offering.
• Contribute to the blog with an external SEO partner.
