Job summary

Staff X is seeking a precise, instinctive content professional who can ghostwrite in a founder’s voice across email, video, LinkedIn, and beyond.

You will own the day-to-day digital content output—from Brevo newsletters and VEED video edits to LinkedIn posts for a B2B audience, while guiding tone and messaging.

This is a fully remote contractor role; you’ll work from a home office and collaborate with international clients (Australia, the US, the UK) as the program grows.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Brevo or comparable email marketing platform (subscriber management, drafting, campaigns)
• Portfolio of B2B marketing content with ghostwriting for named individuals
• Video editing experience with VEED or equivalent
• 2–3 years hands-on digital content or social media marketing experience
• Ability to take initiative and generate ideas without a brief

Responsibilities

• Draft, format, and send regular email newsletters via Brevo.
• Edit short-form and long-form video content in VEED, with edits and sequencing suggestions.
• Manage LinkedIn content for a founder and company page, ghostwriting posts.
• Schedule and execute social content across LinkedIn and YouTube (potentially Instagram/X).
• Contribute to content ideation and repurpose existing video content across channels.
• Support development of online learning content as program expands.
• Contribute to blog content alongside an external SEO company.
