Turn this role into an interview — a resume and cover letter built around what this employer wants.
Staff X is seeking a precise, instinctive content professional who can ghostwrite in a founder’s voice across email, video, LinkedIn, and beyond.
You will own the day-to-day digital content output—from Brevo newsletters and VEED video edits to LinkedIn posts for a B2B audience, while guiding tone and messaging.
This is a fully remote contractor role; you’ll work from a home office and collaborate with international clients (Australia, the US, the UK) as the program grows.
A content role built for someone who writes with precision, edits with instinct, and never needs to be told twice.
The leadership development and professional coaching space is where this opportunity sits — and the person who fills it will be responsible for making sure the brand sounds exactly right, every time, across email, video, LinkedIn, and beyond. This is not a coordinator role where you wait for briefs and tick boxes. The expectation is that you own your channels, bring ideas to the table, and protect the quality of content produced on behalf of a senior professional and their business.
You will manage the day-to-day execution of a professional services coaching brand's digital content output — from email campaigns through Brevo to LinkedIn content and short-form video editing through VEED. The core challenge of this role is voice replication: you will write content on behalf of a named individual, producing posts, newsletters, and messaging that sound exactly like them — not like a marketing assistant filling a template. Your judgement will be trusted, and your output will go out under someone else's name, which means accuracy, consistency, and strong B2B instincts are non-negotiable.
Draft, format, and send regular email newsletters and communications to an established subscriber base via Brevo, managing the draft-and-approval workflow with minimal back-and-forth.
Edit short-form and longer-form video content in VEED, including trimming, captioning, and sequencing cuts, and proactively recommend improvements to editing style, music selection, and format.
Manage LinkedIn content across both a personal profile and a company page, ghostwriting posts that accurately replicate the founder's voice and tone for a B2B professional services audience.
Manage social media scheduling and channel execution across LinkedIn and YouTube, with scope to expand into Instagram or X as the business grows.
Contribute to content ideation and identify opportunities to repurpose existing video content across channels without prompting.
Support the development of online learning and program content as a secondary responsibility, expected to grow as the program offering expands.
Contribute occasionally to blog content, working alongside an external SEO company that owns the primary blog strategy.
Demonstrated proficiency in Brevo or a comparable email marketing platform such as Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign, including subscriber list management, email drafting, and campaign execution.
A portfolio of B2B marketing content — written without heavy editorial oversight — produced for business owners or executives, with evidence of ghostwriting or content created on behalf of a named individual.
Video editing experience with a portfolio of short-form and longer-form output, and working proficiency in VEED or an equivalent platform.
A minimum of two to three years of hands-on digital content or social media marketing experience, ideally within a professional services environment.
Genuine capacity to operate with initiative — you bring angles, formats, and ideas to the table rather than waiting for a brief.
This is a full work-from-home role. You will work from your own home office.
