Qualifications

Responsibilities

Assist project managers with daily coordination of active construction and remodeling projects.
Maintain project schedules, milestones, task lists, and progress updates.
Coordinate subcontractor schedules, vendor appointments, and material deliveries.
Monitor costs and assist with job-cost records and reports.
Prepare project status reports and meeting notes for management.
Update project management software and documentation.
