The ideal candidate has experience with JobTread and QuickBooks, strong communication skills, and a track record of resolving billing discrepancies efficiently, while maintaining professional client relationships.

Competenze

• Experience with construction billing processes including progress payments and accounts receivable.
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing multiple jobs, contracts, change orders, and payments.

Mansioni

• Prepare and submit construction invoices and progress payment applications.
• Reconcile client payment ledgers with job-level accuracy.
• Review contracts, project scopes, contingencies, and change orders for billing.
• Identify missing jobs and payment discrepancies, and coordinate resolutions with clients.
• Track deposits, progress payments, outstanding invoices, and collections.
• Follow up with client accounting departments via phone and email.
• Maintain relationships with clients throughout billing and collections.
