Emapta is hiring a Compliance Auditor to strengthen Australian life insurance operations through QA, regulatory reviews, and adviser coaching. This full-time role offers permanent remote work with day shifts and weekends off.

You will review applications, coach advisers, and update audit scorecards, while ensuring timely finalization and adherence to compliance standards. The position includes growth opportunities within a global-backed outsourcing environment.

Competenze

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in compliance auditing or quality assurance.
RG 146 certification or willingness to obtain one.
Experience coaching and advising advisers.
Knowledge distinguishing general vs personal financial advice.
Familiarity with life insurance products.

Mansioni

Review AR applications, including written communications and call recordings.
Evaluate offshore audit team findings against scorecards.
Update and finalize audits within SLA, with no overdue items older than 10 days.
Record remediation actions, monitor progress, and escalate as needed.
Identify recurring compliance breaches and report to the Compliance Committee.
