Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or commercial management.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to translate data into insights and recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including executive-level presentations.
• Familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI).
• Preferences: Passion for the D2C and apparel space.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, testing, and optimization of sitewide and channel-specific promotions and global price book to balance growth, margin, and customer experience.
• Partner with Product & Planning teams to rationalize and optimize the product assortment for customer clarity and business efficiency.
• Support expansion into new sales channels with tailored pricing, promo, and assortment frameworks.
• Develop reporting and insights on pricing, promotions, and assortment performance to inform executive decision-making.
• Build financial models and scenarios to evaluate strategic initiatives (e.g., bundled discount changes, discount rationalization).
• Cross-functional collaboration.
• Partner with Product & Planning on assortment planning and product strategy.
• Collaborate with Marketing to align promotional strategy with brand positioning and customer acquisition goals.
• Work with Finance on forecasting, margin analysis, and business-case validation.
