Dash10 Managed Services is seeking a highly organized Commercial Sales Administrator to support day-to-day sales operations for a New Zealand-based client. You will handle order processing, customer inquiries, deliveries, inventory, purchasing, returns, and receivables administration from a remote setup.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial administration, sales support, or a similar role.
• Experience working with New Zealand or Australian businesses is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and intermediate Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the shared email account, ensuring timely responses and completion of tasks.
• Process daily orders accurately and efficiently.
• Arrange customer deliveries and coordinate with logistics teams.
• Communicate product updates and availability to customers.
• Process stock transfers between locations.
• Generate and manage stock purchase orders.
• Handle and process goods returns in accordance with company policies.
• Assist with debt collection.
• Support receivables invoicing and customer statements.
