Job summary

HireHawk Inc. is seeking an ownership-minded Commercial Property Manager to oversee three connected areas of a US commercial real estate portfolio: Collections, Property Operations, and Finance Support.

This remote role requires you to dig into leases, reconcile ledgers, contact tenants, and coordinate vendors to drive issues to resolution with minimal supervision. A successful candidate will have 3+ years of US CRE experience and proficiency with AppFolio or Yardi, plus strong Excel and English

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in US Commercial Real Estate, Property Management, or Property Accounting.
Proven Collections / AR background with direct experience calling US tenants.
Proficiency with property management software (AppFolio, Yardi).
Strong Excel/spreadsheet skills and data tracking abilities.
Excellent written and spoken English with a professional tone.

Responsibilities

Own the complete collections SOP and escalation process (initial follow-ups to legal referrals).
Investigate tenant accounts, ledgers, and lease contracts before outreach to ensure billing accuracy.
Conduct professional follow-up calls and send notices/demand letters to overdue tenants.
Maintain the Aging Masterfile and deliver month-end delinquency reports to leadership.
Serve as liaison for outside property managers, vendors, and utility companies.
Track and process SNDAs and Estoppel Certificates.
Assist leadership with budgeting, variance analysis, and monthly loan statement tracking.
