Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in US Commercial Real Estate, Property Management, or Property Accounting.
• Proven Collections / AR background with direct experience in US market.
• Excellent English communication and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Collections & delinquency management: own SOP and escalation from 10-day follow-ups to legal referrals.
• Property operations: liaison to outside managers, vendors, and utility companies; triage maintenance requests.
• Finance & accounting support: CAM/OPEX reconciliations and budgeting support.
• Maintain aging masterfile and month-end delinquency reports.
