Job summary

Compliant Business Processing is seeking a Cold Chain Admin Specialist to support Australian warehousing, transport, and customer service operations from the Philippines. The role focuses on data processing across WMS, TMS and customer platforms, with duties spanning warehouse, transport, gatehouse, and customer service administration.

The ideal candidate will handle order entry, inbound receipts, inventory management, DOC handling, and KPI reporting while maintaining data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse administration or logistics support.
• Proficient in MS Excel and data reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Ability to manage multiple processes (orders, shipments, inventory) and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Enter outbound orders and confirm inbound receipts.
• Maintain inventory records including holds, transfers, adjustments and cycle counts.
• Prepare and reconcile warehouse and transport documentation.
• Support carrier documentation, driver paperwork and accreditation registers.
• Produce operational reports and KPI dashboards (DIFOT, inventory accuracy, productivity).
• Extract data from WMS and TMS systems for trend analysis.
