Job summary

Overseas is seeking a Cold Caller to own outbound phone-based outreach for a newly founded private equity firm. You will target business owners across IT services, marketing, BPO, and more, qualifying conversations, and booking meetings for the deal team.

This is a pure cold calling role with a high-volume, metrics-driven environment. You will work 100% remotely, during US business hours, and be paid in USD with bi-monthly payroll.

Qualifications

• Prior cold calling experience with a track record of booking meetings or qualified conversations.
• Fluent, professional spoken English; this is a phone-first role and your voice is the product.
• Organized with clean CRM habits and accurate call logging.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to business owners and company leaders across target verticals daily.
• Open cold conversations professionally and pivot quickly to qualify acquisition interest.
• Handle objections confidently and move conversations toward a booked meeting or callback.
• Maintain a consistent, high call volume throughout the full working day.
