Home Services Company is seeking an experienced Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to strengthen our business development efforts. This role focuses on engaging prospects, connecting with decision-makers, and converting outreach into qualified appointments for the sales team.

The ideal candidate will be confident on the phone, organized, results-driven, and capable of building genuine opportunities through effective communication. This is a fully remote independent contractor position.

Qualificações

• Excellent spoken English with a confident phone presence.
• Experience in cold calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, or B2B outreach.
• Ability to identify decision-makers and qualify prospects quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound calls to residential prospects, HOA boards, property managers, and service leads.
• Identify and connect with the appropriate decision-makers.
• Introduce home service and warranty solutions and explain the purpose of each call.
• Assess prospects based on needs, interest, timing, and authority.
• Book qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain follow-up via phone, email, and text messages.
• Reconnect with previously contacted prospects when appropriate.
• Document objections and outcomes to refine outreach.
