Job summary

Twoconnect is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to prepare accurate CNC programs for sheet-metal fabrication using laser, punch, and press equipment. You will interpret drawings, develop CAM programs, and optimise nesting layouts to maximise material use.

You will collaborate with production and drafting teams to ensure manufacturing accuracy, quality, and timely delivery. The role requires strong attention to detail, troubleshooting skills, and proficiency with CAM software such as PEP,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC programming or machine operation experience.
• Ability to read technical drawings and manufacturing requirements.
• Hands-on CAM programming with PEP, Boost, Amada or similar.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings and manufacturing requirements.
• Prepare and validate CNC programs using CAM software.
• Develop nesting layouts to maximise material utilisation and minimise waste.
• Perform pre/post programming checks for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain material records and order sheets.
• Prioritise tasks to meet production schedules.
• Collaborate with production, drafting and internal teams to resolve issues.
