Job summary

PARTS PHILIPPINES, INCORPORATED in Rosario, Cavite is seeking a CNC programmer who can read blueprints, analyze processes, and develop efficient jig and tooling designs using CAD/CAM software. You will document new models, create process sheets, and ensure proper setup for QC approval.

The ideal candidate has strong G-code and M-code programming skills, experience in tool selection and cutting parameters, and a good working attitude. Salary is negotiable based on experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of G-code and M-code for CNC programming.
• Able to read technical blueprints and interpret design models.
• Familiar with tool selection, feeds, speeds and spindle parameters.

Job description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models
• Analyzing the process, material sizes and estimating the process time of the product
• Responsible in creating best process design based on customer requirements for Jigs, Tools and programming strategy using CAD/CAM software application
• Responsible in process sheet creation, documentation for the new model
• Responsible in parts adjustment and correction of new product set up until accepted by QC

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledgeable in G-code and M-code programming and able to edit CNC programs at the machine
• Familiar with tool selection, cutting parameters, feeds, and spindle speeds
• Able to use precision measuring instruments such as: Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge etc.
• Knowledge in 3D drawing or any CAD/CAM software is an strong advantage
• Must have a good working attitude
• Salary is negotiable depend on your experience
