Job summary

Veta Virtual is seeking a Cloud & SaaS Operations Manager to lead administration, optimization, and security of a global fintech workplace technology stack. You will own SaaS platforms, IAM, security compliance, and automation while partnering with IT, Security, Compliance, and HR to maximize business value.

Qualifications

• Experience managing cloud-based workplace technology at scale.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration.
• Expertise in identity and access management (SSO, MFA, IAM).
• Hands-on automation experience with PowerShell, Power Automate, Zapier, or Python.
• Proven ability to enforce Zero Trust security models and data protection.
• Ability to translate technical solutions into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead SaaS administration, IAM, security compliance, and automation at scale.
• Oversee SSO, MFA, and conditional access; enforce least privilege access.
• Implement Zero Trust across SaaS environments with data protection policies.
• Develop workflow automation to reduce manual effort and improve productivity.
• Identify, evaluate, and deploy new SaaS tools and cloud solutions.
• Collaborate with Security, Compliance, IT, and HR to meet regulatory requirements.
• Drive onboarding/offboarding processes with HR and People Operations.
• Provide guidance to IT support teams and mentor staff on best practices.
• Monitor cloud-based workplace infrastructure and address outages promptly.
