Full Scale is a fully remote-first company helping businesses build dedicated software engineering teams. We’re seeking a Staff DevSecOps Engineer to strengthen the security of our software delivery lifecycle, cloud infrastructure, and production environment.

The role is senior, hands-on, and requires overlap with US Central business hours. You’ll collaborate across engineering, IT, product, quality, and compliance to improve CI/CD security, container and secret management, and audit readiness.

• Strengthen security of CI/CD and software supply chain.
• Improve Azure AKS security posture and infrastructure baselines.
• Manage vulnerability and access controls; audit readiness.
• Drive security improvements across cloud platforms, pipelines, and production workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering, IT, product, quality, and compliance.
• Act as hands-on contributor with leadership visibility.
