Job summary

Genesis Clinic in the Chicago area is seeking a remote Patient Recruiter to support enrollment across multiple active clinical trials in endocrinology, metabolic health, and orthopedics. You will be the first point of contact for potential study participants and pre-screen patients from our database.

This remote role requires excellent English, comfort making outbound calls to US patients, and strong organizational skills to manage outreach logs and weekly reporting, with overlap to US Central

Qualifications

• Medical background strongly preferred — nursing, medicine, pharmacy, or allied health training.
• Excellent spoken and written English; comfortable outbound calls to US patients.
• Prior experience in patient outreach, telehealth, medical call centers, or clinical trial recruitment is a big plus.
• Organized and self-directed; you'll manage your own call lists and follow-ups.
• Understanding of patient privacy; you'll complete HIPAA and GCP training with us.
• Reliable internet and a quiet workspace; availability with at least 4 hours of overlap with US Central Time (Chicago).

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for potential study participants and pre-screen patients from our database.
• Explain study basics in plain language and check inclusion/exclusion criteria.
• Schedule screening visits with our coordinator.
• Maintain recruitment logs and report outreach numbers, conversions, and scheduling weekly.
