Intellect Clinic is seeking a Clinic Associate to support day-to-day operations and ensure a smooth client experience. You will coordinate appointments, registrations, and communications across WhatsApp, email, chat and calls while working with Singapore-based teams.

The role emphasizes remote, cross-border collaboration, strict data management, and proactive client follow-up. A Bachelor's degree and healthcare operations experience are preferred, with flexible evening shifts and weekend

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in healthcare administration or clinic operations is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable engaging with clients via WhatsApp, email and calls.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day clinic operations and remote coordination across channels.
• Manage client enquiries via WhatsApp, email, chat and calls.
• Coordinate registrations, bookings, rescheduling and cancellations.
• Maintain client records in EMR and internal systems.
• Assist clinician scheduling and follow-ups with clients.
