Intellect is seeking a Clinic Associate to support day-to-day clinic operations and coordinate administrative workflows remotely for Singapore-based clinic operations. You will engage with both private and corporate clients, guiding them through booking and onboarding while ensuring accurate records across EMR systems.

The role emphasizes cross-border collaboration, evening shifts, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in healthcare administration or clinic operations preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable with remote work.
• Proficient with multiple digital systems and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day clinic operations across Intellect clinics.
• Handle frontline client enquiries via WhatsApp, email, chat and calls.
• Coordinate client registrations, bookings, rescheduling and cancellations.
• Maintain client records in the EMR and internal systems.
• Assist clinician scheduling and follow-ups with clients.
• Support payment administration, including invoicing and reconciliation.
• Track operational data and assist routine clinic reporting.
• Escalate operational, client or clinical-related concerns to the appropriate team.
