Job summary

ConnectOS in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Client Success Specialist to manage post-settlement journeys for mortgage and lending clients. You will drive proactive engagement, onboarding, and annual health checks using HubSpot for workflows and CRM records.

You’ll coordinate reviews and referrals, serve as the primary contact for service requests, and collaborate with brokers and operations to ensure a compliant, seamless client experience. WFH, with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Client Success, Relationship Management or related field.
• Strong understanding of Australian mortgage and lending lifecycle.
• Experience using CRMs (HubSpot preferred) for managing client interactions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with client relationships.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture client relationships throughout the post-settlement journey.
• Conduct onboarding, annual reviews, and lending health checks.
• Coordinate reviews, repricing opportunities, and referrals to brokers when appropriate.
• Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries and ongoing support.
• Execute client engagement campaigns and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Collaborate with brokers, operations, and specialists to ensure a compliant, seamless experience.
