Job summary

Outsourcey in the Philippines is seeking a Settlement Specialist to manage the end-to-end settlement process for mortgage loans. You will liaise with banks and solicitors, prepare loan offers and documentation, ensure all paperwork is complete before settlement, and maintain a high standard of customer service while meeting strict SLA deadlines.

Qualifications

• Min 4 years in a similar settlement role.
• Strong customer service background.
• Understanding of settlement and mortgage lodgment processes.
• Experience meeting strict SLA and settlement deadlines.
• Knowledge of PEXA platform.

Responsibilities

• Manage settlement pipeline and follow up.
• Prepare loan offers and mortgage documentation.
• Ensure all supporting docs are received before settlement.
• Liaise with banks and solicitors to facilitate settlement.
• Book and arrange settlements electronically or as required.
• Build and maintain relationships with settlement agents for physical settlements.
• Prepare settlement figures and daily funding requirements.
• Conduct pre-settlement calls with customers.
• Provide exceptional customer experience to all parties.
• Cross-train in all settlement functions.

• Ensure outstanding supporting documentation is received before settlement

• Booking and arranging settlements either electronically or as otherwise required in each state

• Build and maintain relationships with settlement agents to facilitate physical settlements

• Preparation of settlement figures and daily funding requirements

• Pre-settlement calls with customers

• Provide an exceptional customer experience to all parties involved

• Cross-train in all settlement functions
