Qualifications

• 1-3 years in Customer Success or similar role.
• 1-3 years of experience handling multiple requests and accounts.
• Strong written and verbal English with US-based clients.
• Experience using CRM/ERP/order management or customer support systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Workspace.
• B2B experience is preferred.
• Background in promotional products or related industries is an advantage.
• Familiarity with fulfillment/inventory systems is a plus.
• Excellent customer service mindset and ability to build long-term relationships.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
