SourceU is seeking an experienced Client Service Manager to support an established Australian financial advisory firm. The role involves managing client communications, ROA preparation, and financial product comparisons using Advisor Logic and Malu.

This is a full-time remote position working with the Principal Advisor. You will handle client emails, schedule meetings, and oversee annual and ongoing reviews with high attention to detail, aiming for 95% data accuracy and timely updates within

Competenze

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar financial services role.
• Proficiency in Advisor Logic is essential.
• Experience preparing Records of Advice (ROAs).
• Strong technical knowledge of financial product comparisons.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Mansioni

• Manage client emails, inquiries, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate and schedule client meetings.
• Assist with annual insurance reviews and ongoing client reviews.
• Prepare and manage Records of Advice (ROAs).
• Conduct financial product comparisons using Advisor Logic and Malu.
• Maintain accurate and updated client records in Advisor Logic.
• Track outstanding documentation and client review requirements.
• Provide daily updates to the Principal Advisor regarding tasks and priorities.
