Job summary

SGS, the world’s leading inspection, verification, testing and certification company, seeks a qualified professional in Manila to manage remote client engagement for PCA/PVoC services and to ensure documentation quality for CoC issuance.

With a university degree and at least 2 years in international trade or certification, you will coordinate with sales, inspection, pharmac labs, and clients to keep processes timely and accurate.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in international trade, certification, or import/export operations.
• Proven experience on customer care / client attention.

Responsibilities

• Manage remote client engagement and application processing for PCA/PVoC services.
• Ensure completeness and compliance of documentation for CoC issuance.
• Act as central coordination point between client, on site sales affiliate, TCT (CC), inspection, and laboratory.
• Drive timely CoC / NCR issuance through document review, follow-up, and system control.
• Create and manage generic/shared email accounts for client communications.
• Receive and manage client inquiries, SR applications, and documentation.
• Provide clients with product requirements, instructions, and applicable documentation (IAF, datasheets).
• Verify completeness and accuracy of documents prior to endorsement to TCT Manila.
• Coordinate with TCT for technical review, corrective actions, and CoC decision.
• Communicate required corrective actions and additional documentation to clients.
