Job summary

Doneverse is seeking a Client Experience Support - Billing Team Member to help founders navigate billing, payments, and invoices from a fully remote setup. You will handle inquiries, process payments, manage records, and monitor balances while maintaining data integrity and SLA adherence.

The role requires 1–2 years in billing or related support, strong numerical accuracy, and excellent communication skills in a remote environment. Previous CRM and billing platform experience is valued.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or related role.
• Hands-on experience with invoices, payments, refunds, credits, or account adjustments.
• Experience using CRM, billing, payment processing, or ticketing systems.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to billing inquiries via live chat, email, and phone.
• Process payments and manage invoices, balances, and records.
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments.
• Assist with payment plans, credits, refunds, and account adjustments.
• Investigate billing discrepancies and resolve or escalate issues.
