Job summary

GrowBeyond, a division of GrowFactor, seeks a confident High Ticket Sales Closer / Senior Account Executive to engage qualified leads, understand needs, present solutions, and close high-value offers. This remote role is based in the Philippines.

You will collaborate with founders to map pain points, craft pitches, and build AI- and automation-powered workflows. Strong English, communication, and a proven win rate are essential. Requires a reliable computer and stable internet; 40 hrs weekly.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Claude (Anthropic) including Claude Code and Claude API.
• Strong prompt engineering skills across Claude, GPT-4, Gemini, or similar LLMs.
• Experience building agentic AI workflows with multi-step tooling and memory.
• Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Proficiency in using automation platforms like n8n, GoHighLevel, Zapier, or Make.
• Strong scripting skills in JavaScript and/or Python; comfortable with REST APIs and JSON.
• Experience with databases such as Airtable, Notion, or PostgreSQL; Git/GitHub for version control.
• Excellent written and spoken English; able to manage multiple projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, and maintain AI agents and workflows using Claude Code and Anthropic API.
• Design and optimize prompts for sales, operations, content, and client communication.
• Create and manage automation workflows across CRMs, calendars, emails, and databases.
• Collaborate with founders to map processes and propose AI/automation-first replacements.
• Document workflows, architecture, and integration logic clearly.
• Stay updated with AI tools and proactively suggest improvements.
