Advantage HQ is seeking a senior operator and project leader to drive strategic initiatives from concept through execution. You will partner with the Founder and senior leadership to design operating models, implement AI-enabled processes, and scale the business with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have deep operations experience, superb execution, and a track record of delivering measurable outcomes in fast-growing environments.

Qualificações

• 7–15+ years of relevant experience.
• Deep experience in business operations, strategic initiatives, transformation, or enterprise program management.
• Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders without formal authority.
• Track record of delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong judgment and a high degree of ownership.
• Bias toward action and execution.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex, high-impact initiatives from concept through execution.
• Build project plans, milestones, workstreams, dependencies, and success metrics.
• Manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.
• Drive cross-functional teams toward measurable outcomes.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies before they derail execution.
• Establish operating cadences and executive reporting.
• Keep senior stakeholders aligned and accountable.
• Design and implement operating systems, processes, and workflows.
• Support annual planning, OKRs, KPIs, and organizational priorities.
• Help reduce founder dependency through stronger systems, ownership, and accountability.
