Job summary

Advantage HQ is seeking a senior operator to partner with the Founder and leadership team on strategic and operational initiatives. You will drive execution across strategy, operating models, AI implementation, new ventures, acquisitions, and portfolio company initiatives.

You will create structures, ensure accountability, and deliver measurable results while reducing founder dependency through stronger systems and processes. Fully remote with equity opportunity.

Qualifications

• 7–15+ years of relevant experience.
• Deep experience in business operations, strategic initiatives, transformation, or enterprise program management.
• Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Experience working directly with Founders, CEOs or senior executive teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high-impact initiatives from concept through execution.
• Build project plans, milestones, workstreams, dependencies, and success metrics.
• Manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.
• Drive cross-functional teams toward measurable outcomes.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks before they derail execution.
• Establish operating cadences and executive reporting.
