Job summary

RedCarbon is a cybersecurity innovator focused on AI-driven SOC analysis and threat intelligence. We seek a Channel Presales Engineer to enable MSSPs, MSPs, VARs and distributors across international markets, delivering onboarding, technical discovery and impactful demos.

You will own PoCs, integrate our platform with partner stacks, and feed product improvements from field feedback, while traveling across EMEA as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or Channel/Partner roles in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Solid cybersecurity fundamentals; experience with SOC, SIEM, SOAR, EDR or threat intelligence is a major plus.
• Ability to teach and coach technical audiences and simplify AI concepts for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner Enablement: Design and deliver onboarding, certification paths and train-the-trainer sessions to make partner engineers autonomous on our platform.
• Joint Technical Discovery: Analyse end-customer environments, pain points and SOC workflows across international markets with channel managers and partner sales teams.
• Impactful Demos: Run deep-dive technical presentations to partner teams and CISOs/ SOC managers.
• PoC Ownership: Scope, manage and execute partner-led Proof of Concepts, coaching partners to run PoCs independently.
• Integration & Ecosystem Fit: Help partners integrate our platform into their service stacks (SIEM, SOAR, EDR, ticketing) and shape managed services.
• RFP/RFI Support: Own technical content for partner responses and security questionnaires.
• Product Feedback Loop: Translate field feedback to our engineering team to influence product features.
