• Minimum 4 years of experience serving multiple clients.
• Bachelor's in Accounting/Business preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
• Comfort with learning new online software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients regularly to review financials and provide advisory insights.
• Explain financial statements, job costing, cash flow, and performance trends.
• Identify bottlenecks and guide clients toward solutions.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, onboarding, and cleanup work.
• Oversee bookkeeping in QuickBooks including reconciliations and compliance.
• Assist with job costing, AP/AR, revenue recognition, and CFO-level support.
• Ensure smooth communication between clients and the accounting team.
• Help train staff on accounting best practices.
