Qualifications

• 4+ years of multi-client accounting experience.
• Experience presenting financial insights to clients and owners.
• Comfort with online software, video chat, email, and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients regularly to review financials and provide advisory insights.
• Oversee bookkeeping in QuickBooks, including reconciliations and compliance.
• Assist with job costing, AR/AP, revenue recognition, and budgeting/forecasting.
• Identify bottlenecks and guide clients toward solutions.
• Support and train staff on accounting best practices.
