Clark Outsourcing is seeking an Assistant Manager (Accounting) for an on-site role at Clark, Pampanga. The position focuses on advisory work, client meetings, and explaining financial data to business owners, with responsibilities spanning bookkeeping, job costing, AP/AR, and revenue recognition.

The role requires at least 4 years' experience with multiple clients and a Bachelor's in Accounting/Business preferred.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 4 years' experience working with multiple clients.
• Bachelor's in Accounting/Business preferred.
• Ability to learn new online software and comfortable using technology (video chat software, email, spreadsheets, apps, etc.).
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to meet with clients in an advisory capacity.
• Commitment to handling sensitive information with the utmost care and in compliance with privacy regulations (HIPAA, etc.).
• Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to department and company success.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with clients regularly to review financials, answer questions, and provide clear advisory insights.
• Help clients understand financial statements, job costing, cash flow, and overall performance to support informed decisions.
• Identify bottlenecks and guide clients toward solutions.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, onboarding, and cleanup work.
• Oversee and perform bookkeeping and accounting in QuickBooks, including reconciliations and compliance with accounting standards.
• Assist with job costing, AP/AR, revenue recognition, and other controller/CFO-level support for assigned clients.
• Address issues proactively and maintain smooth communication between clients and accounting team.
• Support and help train staff on accounting best practices and client needs.
