Boomering inc is seeking an Application Support specialist to join a growing global team and provide 1st/2nd line support for Celigo Apps, NetSuite OneWorld, and connected systems from a remote home-based setup in the Philippines.

You will troubleshoot daily issues, manage vendor escalations, and work with Core Applications to implement integrations and improvements across multiple time zones.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring and supporting Celigo Integration Apps with Shopify and Amazon connectors.
• End-to-end Celigo integration flows, including testing and production deployment.
• Strong working knowledge of NetSuite OTC processes and GL impact.
• Experience with NetSuite administration, saved searches and workflows.
• Exposure to P2P, R2R, inventory and logistics processes is desirable.
• Familiarity with SuiteScript/SuiteQL or similar systems is advantageous.
• Experience supporting integrated systems and managing third-party vendors.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd level support for Celigo Apps, NetSuite OneWorld and related tools.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day issues with business users and internal teams.
• Manage escalations to 3rd-level vendors and ensure SLA commitments.
• Collaborate with Core Applications team to design system improvements and integrations.
• Configure and deploy new storefronts within Celigo integration environments.
• Develop, test, and deploy Celigo flows from development to production.
• Maintain NetSuite saved searches, reports, workflows, and configurations.
• Review business processes to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Assist with testing, release support, and deployment activities for updates.
• Provide coverage across extended international business hours.
