Job summary

Boomering is looking for an Applications Support - Celigo & NetSuite specialist to join their remote team. You will provide multi-level support across various integration apps including Celigo and NetSuite, resolving operational issues and managing escalations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Celigo apps, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of NetSuite processes. Additional perks include a competitive salary, HMO from day one, and numerous vacation leaves.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring and supporting Celigo Integration Apps like Shopify and Amazon.
• Experience building and deploying Celigo integration flows with testing and production.
• Strong working knowledge of NetSuite processes including order creation and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd level support for Celigo and NetSuite integration apps.
• Manage escalations to 3rd-level support vendors to meet SLA commitments.
• Develop, test, and deploy new Celigo integration flows.
