Job summary

Boomering inc in the Philippines is seeking an Applications Support specialist (Celigo & NetSuite) to work remotely with the Australian-based team. You will support Celigo apps, NetSuite OneWorld, and related integrations across multiple time zones.

The role involves troubleshooting, vendor escalations, and collaboration with the Core Applications team to implement improvements and deployments across storefronts and marketplaces.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring and supporting Celigo integration apps including Shopify and Amazon.
• Experience with NetSuite OTC processes, saved searches, workflows, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to support multiple time zones and work-from-home arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd level support for Celigo Apps (Shopify/Amazon) and NetSuite OneWorld.
• Manage escalations to 3rd-level vendors and ensure SLA commitments.
• Collaborate with Core Applications team to design system improvements.
• Configure and deploy new storefronts within Celigo environments.
• Develop Celigo integration flows from development to UAT and production.
• Build NetSuite saved searches, reports, and basic scripts.
• Support testing, release activities, and deployment of updates.
