Job summary

Boomering Inc is seeking an Applications Support specialist focused on Celigo and NetSuite. This remote role supports global operations across time zones, including Melbourne, California, and Amsterdam business hours.

You will configure Celigo integration flows, manage NetSuite workflows, and collaborate with vendors to ensure SLA commitments are met. The position offers a competitive Php80k–Php100k salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Hands-on in configuring Celigo Integration Apps (Shopify & Amazon) and NetSuite OneWorld
• Proven ability to build and deploy Celigo integration flows end-to-end
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite OTC processes and admin capabilities
• Experience with third-party integrations and vendor management
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st/2nd level support for Celigo integrations and NetSuite
• Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day issues with business users
• Manage escalations to 3rd-level vendors and meet SLA
• Design and implement system improvements with cross-functional teams
• Configure/deploy storefronts and Celigo integrations
• Develop and deploy Celigo integration flows through UAT/production
• Build NetSuite saved searches, reports, and workflows
• Assist testing, release support, and deployment activities
• Provide coverage across international business hours
