Job summary

Outsourced.ph is seeking a skilled Accountant to join our dynamic accounting team. You will handle Canadian tax compliance, bookkeeping, and financial reporting while managing multiple client engagements remotely for international clients.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in private company public accounting, strong knowledge of CRA processes, and proficiency in QBO, CaseWare, and Taxprep. Equipment provided; night shift may be required depending on client time zones.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in private company public accounting.
• Knowledge of Canadian corporate and personal taxation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tax returns including T1, T2, T3 and related forms.
• Prepare and finalize corporate financial compilation reports.
• Perform bookkeeping tasks: adjusting entries, bank reconciliations, depreciation, tax accruals.
• Assist clients with CRA inquiries and audits.
• Manage multiple client engagements and meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with the tax team and maintain confidential information.
