Qualifications

• 3+ years CNC programming in a job shop or similar environment.
• Proficient with MasterCam and toolpath generation for mills and lathes.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T, and work with STEP files.

Responsibilities

• Quote support: review opportunities, select best machine, create MasterCam programs.
• Production support: post-process, edit for first piece, update BOM and tool sheets.
• Program library and revision control: maintain ERP records and revision history.
• Continuous improvement: suggest tooling, speeds/feeds, and train backups.
