Job summary

Outsourced in the Philippines seeks an experienced CAM Programmer (CNC Programmer) to join our remote team. You will convert 2D drawings and STEP models into robust, repeatable CNC programs and act as the bridge between estimating and shop floor execution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on CNC programming for mills and/or lathes.
• MasterCam proficiency for toolpaths and post-processing.
• Ability to read drawings, GD&T, and tolerances.
• Remote collaboration with shop floor via digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Create CAM programs from customer drawings and STEP models.
• Provide post-processed programs and setup sheets for machinists.
• Collaborate with Foreman and machinists during first-piece prove-out.
• Ensure alignment with revisions and ERP records.
