MCI is seeking Call Center Representatives to support inbound and outbound customer service and sales initiatives across multiple projects. You will respond to inquiries, support existing customers, and promote new products and services.

Strong communication and reliability are essential in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ideal candidates are highly motivated, with 18+ years of age, a high school diploma, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 18 years old and high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Typing speed of at least 20 words per minute.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic Windows familiarity.
• Reliable, punctual and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
