Job summary

Cyberbacker Ph is seeking a remote real estate transaction coordinator to manage buyer and seller transactions from agreement to closing. The role involves coordinating title/escrow, loan and appraisal steps, inspections, and continuous communication with clients and partners.

You will file documentation with the broker and manage moving and possession timelines. This position offers permanent remote work with earnings paid in USD, paid training, in-house assistance, and retirement plan

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing.
• Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan, and appraisal processes.
• Coordinate inspections, regularly update and maintain communication with clients, agents, title officer, lender, etc.
• Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance.
• Coordinate moving/possession schedules.
• Schedule, coordinate, and attend the closing process.
• Enter all client information into the client database.
